Before subscribing
Choose the right package and duration, and check that your device and playback app are compatible. Channels, libraries and quality vary between packages. Viewing quality depends on the content, source, device and internet connection.
Activation
We prepare your login details once payment is confirmed and your order is processed. The subscription is a digital product and does not require shipping. The price is a one-off payment for the specified duration and does not enable automatic renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
Under ADAM’s current policy, a subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded after the activation code has been sent and used, subject to any rights provided by applicable law. For questions before activation or if you encounter an issue, contact support with your order number.
Changing your package
Packages cannot be changed after activation because each uses a separate server. Review the specifications before placing your order.
